We take care of your concerns while you order at Mapleherbs.in - you are requested to immediately get in touch with us, if you have received wrong or damaged products. All discrepancies must be reported to us within 2 days of the delivery of the order.

Once the claim is verified as genuine and reasonable, Mapleherbs.in will initiate the collection of product(s) to be returned. Customers may be asked to provide supporting image, in case of wrong products received. Please ensure however that the product is unused and the tags, boxes and other packaging are intact.
If you are not satisfied with what you have bought, we'll gladly take it back. However, we do not facilitate returns for such cases –
Customers are eligible for refunds only after successful review of the discrepancy claim and approval by our team. In case of wrong product, refund amount will be credited back only once the product is returned in its original condition. If you have paid by Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking / Digital Wallets, then refund will go back to the original mode of payment and it may take up to 3-4 business days to reflect.
