We ship all our orders through our Standard Shipping partners- Delhivery and DTDC. Depending on your delivery pincode, we choose the fastest shipping carrier for you. Delivery typically can take up to 15-20 business days from the order date. At the time of delivery, you may be asked to share a OTP (one-time password), which you will previously receive on your registered mobile number. This process is implemented to make sure that your order does not end up in the wrong hands.
The item price is inclusive of Import duty for all orders, hence Import duty is prepaid- you don’t have to pay anything extra at the time of delivery. The item price excludes 18% GST (Goods & Service Tax); hence your final order amount will be Product price+18% GST on pan India basis. The shipping and handling fee for your order is on us.
We are currently not providing any Expedited Shipping Service, because the delivery time includes International shipping time (from the USA to India) and Custom Clearance time, which honestly we have no control of.

We take care of your concerns while you order at Mapleherbs.in - you are requested to immediately get in touch with us, if you have received wrong or damaged products. All discrepancies must be reported to us within 2 days of the delivery of the order.

Customers are eligible for refunds only after successful review of the discrepancy claim and approval by our team. In case of wrong product, refund amount will be credited back only once the product is returned in its original condition. If you have paid by Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking / Digital Wallets, then refund will go back to the original mode of payment and it may take up to 3-4 business days to reflect.
